Objectives
-  To manage the ordering system more efficiently
-  To organise the work space more effectively to allow for more production areas and a showroom facility.

Approach
With Bruce Lovell, ukfirst Master Engineer, the Regis Upholstery team undertook a number of production improvement activities. These focused on layout, workspace organisation and people productivity.

Results
By eliminating waste and removing non essential items, additional space was created. Simple layout changes had dramatic effects on the daily running of the business.
